A Message of Hope

I bring to you, this day, a vital message of shining hope for women of all ages, throughout every land. Being a woman brings with it's noble role, wonderful and glorious blessings, as well as is a call for every woman to rise up to her great responsibility. Through your virtuous living and good works, you can be an instrument for peace and goodness in saving the lives of many generations to come. If the women of this world would unite in heart and mind to the divine purpose of walking in virtue, together, we could save a dying and decaying world from untold misery and suffering. Never in all the histoy of mankind has there been a better season of time for women in the education and training of their hands and minds. Fill your lives and nurture your spirit with every good and virtuous thing. Seek to learn, teach, and serve. Glorious opportunities await you, and lie within the reach of every woman. As a woman, you have been born with the inherit gifts of compassion and love; use your talents and abilities to bind up the wounds of the broken hearted and to lift the feeble knees of those in despair. The world will be a better place because of your kindness, love and mercy. But, if we are to experience a mighty change in this world, we must begin at home. Within the sacred walls of our home truth, integrity and self-discipline are cultivated, and the seeds of love our sown. At the heart of the home children should be taught benevolence, the value of family and individual worth, and within that holy edifice we must further foster an attitude of gratitude, joy, and optimism, as well as discover the beauty in all God's creations. Remember, each woman is precious, possessing divine qualities and unique attributes. Never belittle or demean yourself, instead, walk in faith, and reach for the stars knowing that you can achieve all things that are worthwhile and good. Yours is a royal calling and within you lies the power to create a posterity filled with faith, hope, peace, love and respect for the precious gift of life. Now, I pray that this message of hope will settle deep into the heart of every mother, daughter and child, that you will rise up to your divinity and reach the potential that lies within you...to become a woman of virtue. The Six Crowning Points of Virtue

Leading a virtuous life begins by learning the six crowning points of virtue, and then implementing them into your life, one crowning point at a time. PINK Represents faith. Believing in things hoped for and not seen. Faith is the moving cause of all other virtues. BLUE Represents Integrity. Being honest, loyal, and trustworthy in word and deed. WHITE Represents Purity. Innocent, chaste, clean and good. Modesty in word, thought and deed. GREEN Represents Compassion. Deep awareness of the suffering of another coupled with the wish to relive it. Love. SILVER Represents Discipline. A Pattern of behavior or training that produces moral or mental improvement. Self-control, moderation and balance. MAROON Represents Courage. To act in accordance to one's beliefs. Implementing these six virtues into the lives and hearts of women, in time, will create a positive change not only in the woman herself, but, in all the lives of those whom she touches. Let your light shine. You can make a difference in the lives of others ! Kimberly

Pure Inspiration

Mine is a tender heart always longing for a world that is filled with it's people showing love, peace, compassion, and the desire to do what is good, right and true to one another, and to the God who created all things. Through divine inspiration an idea came that if women would walk in virtue throughout their lives, the world could and would indeed be filled with unspeakable joy. The idea of helping women of all ages to walk in virtue came to mind through pure inspiration, and has left me forever changed. I know that if I put forth my very best efforts to make a difference in this world that God will magnify my efforts, and out of small things great things shall be brought to pass. As women, let us clothe ourselves in the robes of virtue. Let the words of love & kindness flow from our lips and be the actions of our hearts, hands and minds. Let virtuous living, in all its forms, be found in every woman's heart to bless the lives of every living soul. Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies (Proverbs 31:10). Perspective

Finding approval, praise and unconditional love from others while living in the world can be a difficult task for today's woman. At every turn comes pride in the form of fear, anger, contention and offense. Our quick and often times incorrect judgments of self and others cause us to be our own worst enemies. Love is an innate characteristic given to women by our Father in Heaven. When we pollute the powerful potential for love with our pettiness and our fears, disease then replaces emotional health, and despondency replaces peace. A good relationship is not one in which perfection reigns; rather, it is one in which a healthy perspective simply overlooks the faults of others. Perfect love is also knowing that there are some things you cannot change. We must accept others unconditionally as they are. We must accept the fact that others cannot satisfy all of our needs, wants and desires. People can only be what they are while yet living in this imperfect world. As women of virtue, let us be pure in our womanhood. Begin now to practice the pure love of Christ through the exercise of forgiveness, the unconditional acceptance of others, and giving without thought to what might be received in return. In the end, a women's love can be one eternal round. When we love the Lord, we can begin to love each other, and when we love eath other, we finally learn how to love ourselves. (Patricia T. Holland, "The Fruits of Peace", Ensign, June 1984, 50)
